1.Leader of SAHP
Heya Ya All! Thank You for reading my application I put a lot of effort in it, Hope you have a good reading, and I hope you like my application.
2. Why I want to be leader of this specific organization?
For the past 3 Months SAHP I have been in SAHP most of the time as a HC, SAHP has been like a family to me, I have enjoyed every second in this organization.
I have seen lots of types of Chiefs fail and succeed and 2 Types of Sheriffs which both were brilliant, I have learned every good and bad thing they did and most important I have learned a lots about SAHP.
I think we can all agree that SAHP is the best legal Organization, becoming a HC in SAHP was a pleasure, helping to lead the marvolus team from cadets to lieutenant's,
I had been knowing every good and bad thing about every member of the Organization and i helped how them to unleash their potential. some of them became HC like me and others even higher than me.
I have 3 Months of experience in SAHP and I would like to continue my journey and even lead SAHP.
I would like to apply big changes to SAHP.
SRT (special response team)
As a sheriff I will rebuild SRT (special response team) from the ground up, Negotiations division will Nnot be a separate division anymore , It will be a part of SRT (special response team).
You will need to fill an application, Go through a apecial and intensive training to get a certification and finaly be a part of SRT (special response team).
Also I will make the old SWAT be a part of the SRT division, You will need to go through a special training to get a certification for Tthat too.
K9 (Dog Unit)
In SAHP we used to have a dog unit,Today in SAHP dogs are not used at all, As a Sheriff I would change that,
I will be bringing back the K9 unit, We will build it from the start and we will make sure the unit will be as great as it used to be and even better.
In the K9 division we will combine man's best friend with dogs, in field operations and general patrols.
The K9 division will need to train with dogs and make sure to have the best rolestion ship to help them in the fild.
Public Relations
As a Sheriff, I would like SAHP to interact more with the general public. That is why I am setting up the PR (Public Relations) division.
This division will interact with the news, They will host events to donate back to the people of San Andreas.
I would like SAHP to be loved by the people of San Andreas.
Undercover (Special Operations)
Once SAHP was known in the city for being good with Undercover operations, I would like to make it happened again.
I think that with hard work Undercover could return to its glory days.
We will get more officers in Undercover, We will also make a special and intense training for Undercover officers to make sure they are ready.
Recruitment Specialists
Recruitment Specialists is the division who will set SAHP's future, Recruitment specialists has done great job for months. The only thing I would change in this division is the last training.
I Would Like To Add Some Reminders From Old Trainings So Cadets Will Be Confident In Themselves When Taking The FTP (Final Training).
Internal Affairs
Internal Affairs is one of the most important divisions in SAHP, As a Sheriff I will make the IA team more strict to keep SAHP well maintained.
That Can Be Solved With A Document Helping Them How To Do Each IA Job.
Activity
SAHP is struggling with activity for a long time period. I would like to change that and get to a point when we have at least 40 People on duty in morning shift.
I believe In Myself And In My Great Team That We Can Do That, To Make This Happened I Think We Need To Focus More On Mass Reqruitment.
Patrols
Over all SAHP officers are really good at normal patrols. But ghetto patrols have been really hard on us, I would like SAHP to conduct more ghetto patrols,
I would find a good strategy to conduct them and keep the ghetto areas safer for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organisation.
overall the RP in SAHP is pretty high quality
The First way to improve the RolePlay is to make sure all the SAHP officers put all Government lows in perfect use.
i would also like to put more attention on PowerGaming and FearRP and make sure all the SAHP officers are adding more attention on this.
as when conducting some operations and in events role-play needs to maximized, so the amount of /me, or /do, or /try commands will be more in use
