Hello Dear Admins...
Sir I was patrolling in city lines so I decided to 10-17 to LSPD HQ from my last 10-15 and that 10-15 got 10-99 because of that I was keep patrolling and this incident starts from beginning and shows everything about those guys.

They just did RDM without Demands also As you can see those 3 guys escaped under arrest .. 2 of them got imprisoned also 3rd guy was not handcuffed so He managed to escape and I quess he is hanging around with his hoomies....
