My account on the RS server was hacked yesterday, and since the RS server administration did not show much understanding for my situation, I am forced to contact you directly.
Someone gained unauthorized access to my account and used some kind of cheats to kill all participants during an event. I have been playing on this project for many years and have never been punished for any violation, especially not for cheating. Over the past few days, I have been connecting to the server from my own computer, and I am certain that there should be a noticeable difference in the IP address or other connection details from the incident that occurred yesterday.
As evidence, I have also attached a screenshot showing that multiple password reset codes were requested for my email address. Those requests were not made by me.
I kindly ask you to review this case with understanding and make a fair decision, as I have invested a great deal of time and effort into this account. It would be extremely unfortunate to lose everything because of someone else's actions.
