i was tracking a wanted player and i found him then i asked for his passport he kept stalling it so that he could get in his car and leave he kept showing me licenses to fool me which again is stalling and when i gave him clear words dont get in your car he decided to gett in so i tased him and when i was about to place him in cuffs he left.
