I proceeded toward the source of the gunfire. There were approximately five individuals involved. While I was observing the situation from inside my vehicle, another shootout started. I accelerated to reposition, and then I noticed ID 20345 firing at the group present at the scene. I stopped my vehicle and neutralized ID 20345. Afterward, I continued to observe the group from a safe distance. The group then began shooting among themselves, and I started pursuing the remaining three individuals. At 16:01, ID 228992 committed VDM. Also at 16:01, ID 220826 kidnapped ID 185080. While ID 220826 was transporting ID 185080, ID 226820 (white hat, yellow top, blue shorts) fired at me from a distance without any roleplay reason, which constitutes RDM. Additionally, when I was attempting to return to the scene with my vehicle at 16:01, ID 230072 fired at my vehicle without any valid roleplay reason, which is also RDM. At 16:02, you can see that ID 20345 committed NLR. Also at 16:02, ID 225521, who was driving a blue Bugatti, committed CR. At 16:03, ID 185080 played music inside the GZ. At 16:04, ID 185080 used insulting language and said, "bana laf at siklemem" which violates G.R. 3.1. After this, I pursued them. I first shot ID 220826 because he had assisted in the kidnapping of his friend at 16:04. Then I shot ID 185080 because he was armed and holding a weapon. After that, ID 253527 joined the situation and committed RDM, so I neutralized him as well. Finally, as shown in the video, IDs 220826, 253527, and 185080 violated G.R. 6.2.

5.3 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could use weapons if a role-play situation requires it.
