Hello, Administrator. Today I had to rush out of the house because I needed to get my 2-year-old child’s medication—he’s in the hospital. I’m someone who actively plays this game and sees it as a simulation of real life. That’s why I’m someone who plays with real-life strategies and enjoys doing so. However, today, just like I always do—just as I would in real life—I opened my market and stocked my stall. But while pricing my items, I made a mistake because I was in a hurry and also feeling upset about my child. Because of this, I’ve been permanently banned from the project. But honestly, this project was my escape—a way to distract myself and get away from the cruelty of the real world, even if just a little. In short, it was an advantage for me. But now I’ve been deprived of this environment, this escape. I truly understand your rules, and as a good player, I understand you best , but the rule violation I committed hasn’t harmed anyone yet. Therefore, being permanently banned on the very first offense doesn’t seem fair to me. Please consider this and don’t deprive people like me, who just want an escape, of this environment. I AM AWARE OF MY MISTAKE. I WANT MY CARS AND MONEY RESET. PLEASE, I I DO NOT EXCLUDE ME FROM THIS ENVIRONMENT
