Ok so we guys are doing the gun store robbery near the postal and this guys from state org are using the roof which is not access inside the circle they are just come and use a unfair advantage which is not good just because of this we lost the store and as you can see that in my pov there is 2 person and the second person id is 552305 you can also see that how many they are on roof.

so as i see your pov as you also know about this rules see
1.18 It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started.
according to this rule you use a roof which is not access by in side the circle you go outside the circle and then reach the roof that the main reason just because of this we lost the gun store robbery. you have to ask your HC that which place is access by inside or which is not.
