Dear Administration,
I am writing this formal complaint to respectfully request a final and comprehensive review of my case. My previous unban appeals were rejected four times by Senior Administrator Bobby Pluxury, but I strongly believe that my ban was based on a misunderstanding and that important details may not have been fully considered.
I was permanently banned for allegedly refusing a PC check. However, no proper PC check was ever conducted on my computer. In most situations where a player is suspected of using cheats or illegal modifications, administrators perform a full PC check to gather evidence before taking action. In my case, I was banned without any investigation being carried out on my system and without any evidence being presented to me.
I have always respected the server rules and have never used cheats, modifications, or any third-party software that would provide an unfair advantage. While I previously expressed concerns on the forum regarding privacy issues related to certain PC check methods, my concerns were never intended as a refusal to cooperate with the administration.
My position has always been that I am willing to cooperate with any legitimate investigation that follows the project's rules and protects player privacy. Raising concerns about a procedure should not be interpreted as an admission of guilt or a refusal to comply.
I kindly ask the administration to review all available logs, screenshots, recordings, and evidence related to my case. If there was any misunderstanding regarding my statements or actions, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to clarify them.
I am fully prepared to cooperate with any reasonable review process and would gladly undergo a proper PC check if necessary. I respectfully request one final chance to prove my innocence and return to the community that I have invested my time and passion into.
