In the pov this guy 41112 was being arrested for harassment with the intention of adding extra charges in the very beginning and at 2:24 in the video he starts mixing.

At 14:27 you can see that he is in EMS based on the results of the PDA

At 26:52 he starts saying he needs to restart his pc so I began calling an admin since he was talking about leaving the situation.

At 38:35 while we were reviewing the situation he all of a sudden got fired by the Jackson Eclipse according to the other EMS employee that was there talking with us in the courtroom.

We had not informed him of this guy's arrest whatsoever and the entire time were only talking with emma ponch who was the deputy chief of ems. She confirmed not only did Jackson fire this guy, but ID: 41112 had used the non-rp radio while in cuffs to let others in the organization know that he had been "caught" by FIB. Upon learning this he was right away fired from the organization without even having ID:15742 review the entire bodycam nor did the Deputy Governor finish reviewing it that way the rest of the charges could still be determined.

Then at 40:50 home boy combat logs leaving the rp situation

At 43:15 it is mentioned by the same Deputy Governor Tobi Porter that Emma Ponch needs to scroll up and review what the guy in cuffs had said in the non-rp radio, at 44:50 in the video she reads off the messages in the non-rp radio from her organization informing us that he did actually contact his other HC while in cuffs and they fired him without determining the full outcome of the situation nor were they present in the situation to know anything that was going on at all.

Later on upon arresting him he also admitted to using the non-rp radio in his organization to inform others that he was being arrested to begin with

he just searched for a girl to marry and did not sexually harassment!
so in my opinion that was not UB!
and to popup his head that's his right cuz he said that "he has to go sleep" and the 25min passed already! so anyway has the right to leave the RP situation...
also, we did not see the "gang" thing... so in my opinion, that falls under the fraud rule.

Dude holy shit it is every forum report I make you just have to find a reason to spam on it. Im not going to do off topic or toxicity with you but I will simply clarify: If you are walking up to a "girl" and they ask you to leave them alone and continue doing what this guy did as shown in the video it is actually considered harassment.

When dealing with LEOs you actually have to go through the DOJ which means in order for you to go forward with any processing you have to get the DOJ's approval every time it is standard procedure. Please get off my forum report and let the admins decide.

These things also do not change the fact that he used his non-rp radio while in cuffs, to let the leader of EMS know he was being arrested, and he used that information to ICly fire this guy. That is easily power gaming at its finest even if the end result would lead him to be fired there was an investigation underway and a reviewal of bodycam underway and we were not even able to finish these things before he has just been fired. Using any forms of communication while in cuffs is not realistic behavior whatsoever. You cannot contact someone oocly to let them know you are being arrested ICly. He was fired without even the leader knowing why exactly he was firing him.

Once again let the admin decide. Stop the off topic. Admins will reach a decision based on the evidence provided
