Rejected Wrong decision | Kayess Exe

My complaint was rejected by Kayess Exe, which was about ER 1.3.

I asked many admins about this before and after posting it so that I would not waste anyone's time. They all said it comes under ER 1.3, so I posted the forum. I also asked for their POV in the forum because it would be better to see more IDs because, in my POV, it happened so fast I only have a few captured, but my forum was not reviewed for three days. And when it was it got rejected.

They the radius from the middle which gave them unfair advantage, It is just like RP Factory event so I think ER 1.3 should be applied.

There are more people than that who entered from middle it will be better if we will take their POV, 459671 Told them to enter , I don't think so The rest of them should be punished. They all entered from middle Which goes against ER 1.3

If ER 1.3 will not be applied, then it can be abused; I'll give you an example. Suppose I want to enter at a specific location, but it is in the middle and the event has already started, so I will ask my friend to drive me to that location, and then I will press next, and then I will be at that spot and I can gain an advantage. This thing is also banning RP ticket factory events because of these reasons only.

Correct decision given by the admin. They can only start raid with npc, so this is not a case of 1.3
