Lamar was born in a small mountain village in southern California. His father was a farmer, and his mother a traditional weaving artisan. Lamar’s childhood was spent surrounded by nature, living a quiet yet challenging life. However, this peaceful existence was shattered one night when his family was threatened by the mafia over unpaid debts. Lamar’s father, desperate to protect his family, was forced to cooperate with the criminals but was killed during a botched robbery.
This tragedy forcedLamar’s to grow up quickly. While helping his mother, he struggled to stay away from illegal activities that surrounded him. The poverty and corruption he witnessed pushed Lamar’s to dream of changing the system from within. Winning a scholarship to study law allowed him to leave his village and start a new life in the city. During his university years, Lamar evolved into a young man who both defended the judicial system and questioned its gray areas.
Career Story:
After graduation, Lamar started working as a police officer in a small town. However, the corruption he saw within the force brought back his childhood nightmares. Over the years, Lamar stood against powerful criminals multiple times, but he often faced pressure from his own superiors. This made him more resilient and hardened.
One day, during an operation to arrest a corrupt businessman, Lamar exposed the bribes taken by his colleagues, making himself a target. Disillusioned by the idea of changing the system from within, he decided to set his own rules. Lamar became both a defender of justice and a player in the shadows, enforcing his own version of justice while bending the law to his advantage.
Outcomes
1 -Lamar can take bribes. ( up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe ).
2 -Lamar can find anyone's body cam and is able to destroy it. (Only by /try to find the bodycam (only 2 times) and /do to destroy it)
3 -Lamar can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
4 -Lamar can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
5 -Lamar can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6 -Lamar can do only what he thinks right or wrong ( CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest procedure)
