1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing Grand RP for a long time now, and throughout my time here I have always noticed and appreciated the work done by the administration team. Because of that, I would like to experience the admin side of the server myself and become a part of the team.I want to help maintain a positive environment for players, assist with situations that require staff attention, and continue learning more about the server from a different perspective. Being an admin is something I have been interested in for quite a while, and I believe it would be a great opportunity to contribute to the community.

I have worked in EMS, Life Invader, LSPD, and FIB.3. What are your strengths?
- Quick at taking action when needed.
- Able to adapt to different situations quickly.
- I prefer analyzing situations calmly and logically rather than reacting emotionally.
- Willing to learn and improve from mistakes.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes when multiple people are asking questions or several situations happen at once, I can become overwhelmed and make decisions too quickly. However, I have been actively working on this and have improved a lot over time.5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
As an aspiring Assistant Admin, I would like to help reduce the workload of other administrators, especially during peak city hours. I try to be approachable, patient, and easy to communicate with. I enjoy helping players when they are confused or need guidance, and I believe I can contribute positively to both the staff team and the community.6. Will you be ready to sell your business? Yes.7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
At the moment, it is an important period for my studies, so the only times I may be inactive are due to exams, school-related work, or other OOC responsibilities.8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
One thing worth mentioning is that I have not worked in any crime organizations yet, although I do have a basic understanding of how they operate through my experience on the server.Also, becoming an administrator is not just about obtaining a staff position for me. I have played Grand RP for a long time, and I genuinely want to experience every aspect of roleplay that the server has to offer. Becoming an admin would allow me to contribute to the community in a different way while continuing to learn and grow within the server.
