Dear hire up admins

I would like to appeal the rejection of my complaint by Administrator Julius Leon.

My complaint was rejected with the reason that more than 48 hours had passed since the incident. However, when I submitted the complaint, there were still approximately 2 hours remaining before the 48-hour deadline expired.
