I am contacting you because I cannot understand the ban that was issued against me based on the accusation of "Ban Evading," and I therefore request a new and objective review of my case.
I was investigated over a period of approximately two hours. According to the administrators, no conclusive evidence could be found during this investigation. Nevertheless, I was subsequently banned because it is assumed that I am the person "Dean Thug."
Among the reasons given were the following:
A similar accent is not a reliable means of identification, as many people from the same region speak in a similar way. In addition, there are many players on the server whose voices sound very similar without them being the same person. Therefore, I do not consider this to be reliable evidence.
Furthermore, I have been actively playing on the project for several months, I spend a lot of time learning the game mechanics, and I continue to learn something new every day. Therefore, I believe it is completely normal that I now have a good understanding of the game.
Regarding the alleged IP address match, I have no technical knowledge as to why this was claimed. However, I have heard from several players that there have been cases in the past where accounts were mistakenly associated with a banned IP address and that the issue was resolved after restarting the router. Whether this applies to my case, I cannot judge. According to my own research, identical or similar IP addresses can occur under certain circumstances, for example due to the internet service provider or certain network configurations.
During the investigation, I downloaded the two programs requested by the administrator and completed all the required checks. In addition, my programs, histories, and available POVs were reviewed. To the best of my knowledge, no incriminating results were found during these examinations.
Furthermore, I find it confusing that the administrator stated that he already had enough evidence and only wanted to hear my voice. At the same time, however, a PC check lasting almost two hours was carried out. This gives me the impression that the evidence was not as conclusive as claimed.
I expressly assure you that I have not engaged in ban evasion and that I am not the person in question. I am willing at any time to cooperate with the team again, provide additional evidence, or answer any questions in order to fully clarify the situation.
I therefore respectfully request a new and objective review of my case and thank you for your time and consideration.
