I would like to respectfully appeal the punishment issued
I believe the POV submitted against me does not show the full situation and only shows my reactions after the argument had already started. The reporting player cut out the part where he and his friends were already insulting and provoking me before the recorded clips.
I do not know these players personally, and I had no reason to randomly approach strangers and start insulting them for no reason. If the full, unedited POV is reviewed, it should show that the situation was already heated before the timestamps shown in the report.
The reporting player claims that I used offensive language, but the POV does not show the insults that were directed at me beforehand. I was called things such as "motherf*cker" and was being disrespected before I responded. I am not saying that my responses were correct, but they did not happen out of nowhere. The clip only shows my reaction and not what caused it. Regarding the accusation about insulting their family, I do not even know their family or have any history with them. There would be no reason for me to randomly target a family that I know nothing about. This is another reason why I believe the full POV is important, because it would show the entire conversation instead of only the selected parts.
Regarding Project Disrespect, I never intended to disrespect the server, the administration team, or the project itself. During the argument I said that I did not care about the game because I was frustrated in that moment. It was said in the heat of an argument and was not meant as a genuine statement against the project. If I truly had no interest in the server, I would not continue spending my time playing here.
I fully understand that I could have handled the situation better and I take responsibility for my own words. However, I respectfully ask that the full, unedited POV be requested and reviewed so that the entire situation can be judged fairly and not only from the point where I reacted after being provoked.
I apologize for my behavior and any inconvenience caused. I will make sure to avoid similar situations in the future and not let arguments escalate regardless of provocation.
