I didn't know it was forbidden to go up to the Megamall, and when I read the rules, it said that areas you can't access are off-limits. You can climb up to the Megamall via the stairs in the back, and since I couldn't see from above that the event was over and since that area was also a red zone I killed someone. I didn't know that was forbidden.
