Life Story:
Kiki was born in Algeria in the city of Constantine, his dad Rachid was a mafia boss everyone just called "The Killer." Kiki grew up around it his whole life, his dad raised him to be cold blooded from a young age, never letting him show weakness or emotion in front of anyone. By 15 Kiki was already running jobs for his dad, moving guns and contraband through the old port district, until one night a rival crew caught him slipping and shot him up bad, hit him in the shoulder and the ribs. He almost didn't make it, ended up in a coma for like 3 weeks straight. When his dad found out he lost it completely, paid off some customs guys to seal the whole port and had his crew wipe out anyone connected to the gang that did it. After Kiki woke up he could barely move his arm right for months, and that just made him more bitter, so once he healed up he went and hunted down the rest of that gang himself, picked them off one by one in the old quarter, ended up getting like 15 of them before he was done. His dad was proud as hell but Kiki was just tired of it all at that point, tired of almost dying every other week, so he packed up and left for Los Santos looking for something calmer.
Career story
When he got to LS the city just clicked with him right away. First he tried to get put on with a local gang but they didn't want him, so he said forget it and joined LSPD instead, figured he'd make some quiet money on the side while still having a badge to hide behind. He flew through training fast, got bumped up to Trooper III almost immediately then kept climbing till he hit Master Trooper. While he was in he started dabbling in dealing on the side, first week alone he was already up like 120k, no problems at all. Then some guy in a suit hits him up wanting a big order, Kiki meets up thinking it's an easy sale, dude pulls a vest and a mask out of nowhere and tries cuffing him right there, Kiki barely wiggles out of it and takes off running, didn't even look back. That whole thing scared him straight into flipping sides for real, so right after he goes and applies for FIB. This time around he played it way smarter, training was harder than LSPD by a long shot but he pushed through it anyway. Ended up transferring into SAU not long after, doing sniper work and some UC stuff on the side too, and he was just naturally good at it, ended up getting bumped to DHOD off the back of it. First time in a long time he actually felt settled somewhere. Then one day he's out at the LS port on a job and his team gets ambushed outta nowhere, he drops two of them instantly but there's still like four more shooting at him and his guys, so he grabs the PDA and calls a full 10-99 on the location, ends up with like 80+ LEOs pulling up. Only one of the shooters made it out alive. Kiki walked away from it fine but deep down all that training his dad put him through as a kid never really left him.
1. Kiki can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence. (( remove prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net )) (( No favors, you are corrupt, only bribes. Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ))
2. Kiki can arrest the People Who hate them and give them fake charges and break their Bodycam with the Right Commands ( /try Search for /do break it. ) (( Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ))
3. Kiki can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
4. Kiki Can Remove Previously committed crimes from arrested people ( after doing corrupt job I remove all evidences from PDA )
5. Kiki can cuff people to break their bodycams and/or kill them if his identification is in risk. (Valid Reason)
6. Kiki can torture/interrogate for information and can use truth serum to get true information. ( using /try command twice per situation). ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 ).
7. Kiki Can take money from criminals to help them bring LEOs as a hostages ( Except my self I can't be taken as a hostage for money )
8. Kiki is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the blackmarket, as well as sell classified information. (not org weapons)
