I got punished for ER 1.17, and the main reason I'm making this appeal is because it could affect my future leadership application.

I watched the POV that was used in the report before it got deleted, and from what I saw, it didn't show the full situation or everything that happened leading up to it. Because of that, I feel like some important context may have been missed.

I'm not someone who normally argues with staff decisions, and I respect the administration team and the work you all do. I just wanted to explain my side of the situation and ask that it be taken into consideration.

Since this punishment could have a big impact on my future in the community, I'd really appreciate it if the situation could be looked at again with the full context in mind. Best regards Andrew
