My friend handed over the family to me because he was taking a break from the game, so I took it from him. I also took a break from the game, so I handed it over to my closest friend, and because of that I got banned. I probably didn't know the rules completely. I'll be more careful next time. I apologize and I want my ban lifted. I also accept having my balance reset to zero have a nice day.
