Disclaimer: I would appreciate it if you took the time to read this text, as I wrote it by hand and did not generate it using AI.

Dear Lebron Pluxury ,

According to the rule of DE01 - "Allg. 1.7", i am specifically reaching out to you directly regarding my case, as my previous appeal was rejected by the German Admin Team. I would like to present the complete context once more for your fair consideration.

First of all, I would like to thank both teams for taking—and having taken—the time to look into this matter, because a good admin team is important on every server. Even though the previous decision by the German team was very clearly not in my favor (and I can understand that given the general state of information at the time), I would like to comment on this case once again, as I—and many other players on the server—are of the firm opinion that a disproportionate and incorrect decision was made to my detriment.

I am writing this with full respect and absolute understanding of your leadership and supervisory role on this server, because despite past events, I am still glad that you do not let the server, which I enjoy playing on frequently, go to ruin, but rather intervene where actual rule violations are committed.

This is also not an AI-generated text or anything like that, but simply me, who has seriously dealt with the situation and reflected on it objectively. Therefore, I would hope that this text is read multiple times and that an effort is made—not to grant leniency to a long-standing, active player—but rather to show understanding.

Accordingly, I will now outline what happened, when, and how:

I recently noticed that Kev Error (ID:404) wanted to sell his clothing shop at the Ghetto intersection. I had already seen the offer for the clothing shop several times on Discord, as well as through placed Life Invader ads. When I got in touch with him, we talked a bit about the shop and its revenue figures. The current revenue was about 15 million per month, with a downward trend, as it had already dropped to 13–15 million.

The shop was originally offered to me for 250 million, which seemed quite fair to me, as I will explain further below.

Since you don't immediately jump at the very first offer, but rather (as I am fully aware of the rulebook) try to negotiate a little lower, I agreed to an offer of 225 million. Kev agreed as well, because in the past (according to him, for months) he had received outrageous offers of 150–200 million that he wouldn't accept. And according to him, out of anger—understandably—he immediately deleted them on Discord. There may still be offers in his SMS history, which he currently unfortunately cannot access.

When I took ownership of the business, it became apparent within the first few days that the monthly balance of 13–15 million (with my input) was absolutely realistic.

He is accused of having sold the company for 200 million below its value.
In my opinion, this is where the first problem lies: It is about the value of the company. That is the rule violation.
However, we were banned for the reason that the company was sold for 200 million below Kev's purchase price. (Which was 450.000.000$ in ~October of last year)

I was not informed about the purchase price of his company. Sellers usually keep such information to themselves.
Accordingly, I see no fault on my part in this regard.

As I wrote above, I would like to explain why I believe that the actual value of the company, in my assessment, settles quite reasonably at the 225 million I paid, within a ±10% range.

The economy in Grand is constantly changing, and especially in recent months and weeks, many prices have shifted downward. On the beach market, you can see the price decline of various items, for example Biosparks (from ~$130,000 to a "trade value" of $35,000), various engine parts ("trade values" have dropped by more than 50% in some cases), and clothing (black Louis Vuitton top from ~$700,000,000 to a "trade value" of $400,000,000), where price drops of over 50% have occurred in some cases.

As we know, price declines during the so-called "summer slump" are absolutely normal. This can also be observed with real estate, cars, and other items. However, prices are currently being hit hard not only by the "summer slump," but also by declining player numbers, low purchasing power and willingness to buy, and above all: the uncertainty regarding how businesses will perform after the big update, as this uncertainty deters the majority of wealthy users from making purchases of this magnitude.

That is the current development of prices for items that are not businesses. That business values have also shifted enormously is no secret, as can already be gathered from the above. This can also be seen in the current market situation of the auction. An auction, of course, has nothing to do with the selling price, but it perfectly reflects—especially in the current times—how the market has developed.

A few days ago, the best parking lot was up for sale on auction. This parking lot is the most sought-after and most profitable parking lot in the state. To my knowledge, this parking lot generated about $75,000,000 per month in good times. Parking lots are more popular in the state because they run almost completely passively and do not need to be supplied with goods like regular businesses. Accordingly, the demand for these parking lots is significantly higher than for businesses like clothing shops.

The parking lot was in the auction and was sold for $1,350,000,000.

With a selling price of $1,350,000,000, the annual Return on Investment is therefore (calculated with an average value of 60 million per month) 53% - ($720,000,000 / $1,350,000,000) x 100.

With a Return on Investment of 53.3% for one of the most in-demand businesses in the state, we can derive a rough benchmark for the actual value that businesses currently hold.

The calculation for my purchased clothing shop is as follows (calculated with a monthly median of $13,000,000—the lowest value known to me): 69% - ($156,000,000 / $225,000,000) x 100.
Compared to the 53% value of the parking lot, which also generates an immensely higher monthly turnover without comparison, this value of 69.3%, given the demand, the intensity of maintenance (a clothing shop requires a lot of personal effort through sales to families, advertising, etc., whereas the parking lot does not), means my purchase price is absolutely within the bounds of its value. Especially since I assume that I was exactly within the -10% range when buying. If one were to calculate with figures more suitable to me, I would probably be even closer to the ROI mentioned above.

I hope I have explained clearly why I am of the opinion that the price was justified and perhaps below Kev's purchase price, which I was not aware of at this time, but not below the actual value of the company.

The current decision made by the German team to ban me and Kev not only makes me unhappy but has also caused quite a stir in the business and trading scene on the server. Business owners feel pressured and doubt whether their business can ever be sold again, as prices are falling due to declining balances and people are no longer willing to pay high sums. Businesses are becoming less profitable, while company prices must remain the same. Since this is about a market economy, this is pointless. In reality, as well as in the state.

This appeal is as detailed as I could possibly write it. I have full understanding if you want to reconsider this situation and take your time with it. I also do not want injustice to be done in decisions made on the state. However, in this case, I see myself as clearly in the right and would hope that you, as the English Admin Team, review the facts independently and reverse the previous decision. Doing so would not only symbolize a firm hand in enforcement, but also a strong side that recognizes when a wrong call was made and acts in the right of the players—who have invested a great deal of time (and in some cases money) and a lot of love here.
