Secondly, The player who put this forum ID-176389 is clearly doing Fear RP/Fail RP while going near Police officers without fear of getting arrested.


Now the thing is that this guy ID -176389 is abusing whole IC organisation, ME (219628) and Leos in OCC situation.
"MADARCHOD" is IC slang but, He is using "MADARCHOD" word OOC (youtube/while posting forum which is OOC) - According to GR3.1.
