Response to the Defense:
The claims made by the opposing party are completely invalid and actually prove my point regarding their rule violations.
No Roleplay & Unauthorized Robbery Attempt: They claim they were "just trying to rob me," but as they admitted, the other player is not even in a gang. Furthermore, to initiate a robbery on this server, a player must hold the required rank (such as a Turfer) and have the proper illegal faction authorization. Random civilians or unranked/ineligible players cannot just approach people on the highway and rob them.
Rule Ignorance is No Excuse: Stating that "they are new and don't know how to do it" does not excuse them from breaking core server rules. Forcing a paper bag/headbag onto my head, blinding me without any prior interaction, and then shooting me to death when I try to defend myself is a clear violation of Fail RP, PG and RDM
Contradictory and Admitting Statements: Their story keeps changing to avoid punishment. They admit to harassing me, blinding me, and initiating unprovoked violence on the side of the road.
I stand by my report and request that the players involved (ID 251464 and ID 254182) be punished appropriately for their rule breaks, as ignorance of the rules and lack of rank do not justify ruining other players' roleplay experience. The video evidence clearly shows the unprovoked attack, the blindside attempt, and the fatal RDM.
