2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
(1) THE FAMILIES, which is currently my absolute favorite gang, is in need of a leader, and that is precisely why I am stepping up. Having dedicated months to the illegal lifestyle, I have faced imprisonment, punishments, torture, and blackmail. Throughout this journey, I have closely observed both highly successful and failed leaders. With this level of knowledge and experience under my belt, there is no reason for me to stay in the background of other gangs. I have never filled the ranks with inexperienced people, and I am submitting this application solely for the ultimate benefit of the gang.
(2) Previously, I held the highest rank just below the leader in a gang, achieving great success during that era. Although many of my friends pushed me to grant them high-ranking positions, I firmly refused to promote anyone who didn't earn it. Consequently, many close friends turned into enemies, eventually abandoning the illegal life to join the legal side. We were running Ballas at the time, but the moment I realized my true place wasn't with Ballas, Vagos, Bloods, or Marabunta, I moved to The Families. My adversaries fought hard against me, focusing their hostility specifically on THE FAMILIES GANG. I am here to demonstrate our true power to them.
(3) In the past, the underworld witnessed fierce competition among gangs; today, however, a single organization is on the verge of monopolizing all power. This is a common pattern where one group establishes dominance over the rest. I am coming to revolt against this monopoly and to restore THE FAMILIES and the Ghetto to their former glory. While people used to be eager and enthusiastic about joining the gang, that spirit has completely faded. Players currently believe that legal factions are crushing the gangs, but they are mistaken—they simply haven't witnessed the true strength of my team and me yet. We are coming to shatter this prejudice in the Ghetto and revive that deep-rooted gang legacy!
(4) Usually, before an FZ raid can even be launched, someone from within leaks intelligence to those annoying law enforcement officers who oppose us. The dynamic is simple: incompetent gang high-commands openly announce an upcoming FZ raid two hours in advance, and mole members instantly tip off law enforcement units via phone. That will not happen under my leadership. I am well aware of these tricks and will never fall for them. We are coming to become the National Guard's ultimate nightmare!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
(1) Individuals who lack any knowledge of the server rules will strictly not be permitted to join the gang. For those who understand the basics but require refinement, our High Commands will provide thorough training until they master everything completely. This ensures we maintain a high standard and avoid the embarrassing mistakes made by other organizations.
(2) To keep motivation and team morale at an all-time high, I will establish a bonus system that directly rewards active members after every successful event victory.
(3) Even during my offline hours, I have highly capable and experienced deputies who will flawlessly manage the gang and oversee all activities 24/7. Operation and coordination will never cease.
(4) No member will ever be forced to spend their own money on weapons or armor from the Black Market. The gang warehouse will remain fully stocked with armor, ammunition, and weaponry at all times.
(5) My ultimate objective is to resurrect the authentic, old ghetto spirit and establish the most active and dominant Families gang in history.
