Dear Lebron Pluxury,
Dear Admin Team,
I am fully aware that ban evasion is a serious rule violation and that the punishment issued against me was justified. I do not want to make excuses for my actions. Looking back, I understand that what I did was wrong, and I sincerely regret my decision.
Over the past months, I have had enough time to reflect on my mistakes. During this time, I came to understand why Grand takes such violations seriously. The rules exist to ensure fairness and order on the server, and this consistency is one of the reasons why Grand RP is such a successful and enjoyable community.
This ban has shown me how much the server truly means to me. Grand was not just a game for me, but a place where I created many great memories, met new people, and spent countless enjoyable hours. Because of that, I deeply regret losing the opportunity to be part of the community due to my own actions.
I would also like to honestly explain the circumstances that led to this situation. My original account, Rusik Zamora (ID 268477), was permanently banned for violations of Rules 1.1 and 1.4, Rejected - Kulanzantrag/EntbannungsantragAllg 1.1/1.4 | Fabian Grace | 268477 and there is a forum post regarding that case. After the ban, I lost access to the email address associated with that account. As a result, I was no longer able to verify ownership of the account or provide the evidence that was requested. Unfortunately, because I no longer have access to the email linked to that account, I am unable to prove that the account belongs to me, which is also the reason why I have not been able to receive an unban for that account.
Because of this situation, I created a new account. I now fully understand that this was considered ban evasion and was against the server rules. At the time, I made the wrong decision and failed to think about the consequences of my actions. I take full responsibility for that mistake.
Unfortunately, I still do not have access to the email address linked to the original account. Therefore, I am unable to provide the proof required to verify ownership. I understand that the administration team must make decisions based on evidence and that my inability to provide such proof makes my situation difficult. However, I want to remain completely honest rather than provide information that I cannot verify.
I would like to sincerely ask for one final chance. I would never take an unban for granted, but rather as a sign of trust and goodwill from the administration team. If I am given this opportunity, I will do everything possible to regain that trust and strictly follow all server rules in the future.
My original account may remain permanently banned if necessary. I am only asking for the opportunity to be part of the Grand community again and to prove that I have learned from my mistakes.
Additionally, I would like to mention that I am willing to accept a full account wipe if that is required for any possible unban consideration.
Finally, I would like to thank you for your time, patience, and for reviewing my appeal. Regardless of the final decision, I appreciate the effort the administration team puts into carefully reviewing every request.
Kind regards,
Enzo Habibi
