We were doing ATM robbery then this bounty killers appeared. We demant and killed them. When this suspect ID was wounded he did Fail RP (Talking while dead.)

the evidence does not show clearly that dead player is talking after get Unconscious
Insufficent evidance to Punish anyone from the provided pov
