2.1 My Experience within EMS
I have been with the Emergency Medical Services for a long time. I have the experience of Chief of Staff now. This has given me a lot of knowledge about the EMS. I know what makes the EMS work. I have gotten to know the people who work in the EMS. This helps me know what the EMS needs to be successful.
2.2 EMS Feels Like Home
I have worked with organizations but the EMS is different. EMS feels like my family. I started out as as FTO in the Emergency Medical Services organization. I learned the basics of the job in the EMS. As I moved up in the Rank, I always felt like I belonged in the EMS. The friends I made in the EMS and the things I learned in the it are all reasons why I want to be a leader of EMS.
2.3. Creating a Positive Environment for Everyone
I know leading the EMS will not be easy. I want to make sure everyone in the organization is happy and supported. My goal is to make the EMS a place where people can have fun and do their job well. I want everyone to feel like they are part of the team and that they are valued I will work hard to make sure the EMS is a place to be, where people can enjoy their time and do a good job.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
To improve the RP in the organization we need to focus on many things. The main things are to be realistic, professional and consistent. First people should try to talk in a professional way when we are in a situations. This will make it feel like a real RP.
We should also have regular training so that everyone knows what to do. This way people will not get confused when we are in the middle of a situation.
It is also very important that we do not rush through the scenarios. The EMS people should take their time to check the patients espcially Surgery ,explain what we are doing. This will make the RP better for everyone.
If we can make an supportive environment people will want to do a better job with their RP. So if we combine being professional having training and communicating well we can make the RP in EMS much better and make it more fun, for everyone who is involved.
