2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A) One of my main reasons for applying for leadership of SAHP is because i know for a fact i can lead yet another very successful term of SAHP, i was the 48th leader of SAHP not too long back, i had very very little problems in the whole of my term, i completed all of my requirements without fail and on time (including PR events). I have a very strong liking to SAHP as a whole as it is where i started in GRP when it comes to state orgs.

B) Another reason i would like to take leadership of SAHP again is to yet again have strong org relations and co-operation between all state orgs, back when i was leader before we did a great job of this and would like to again to show how strong state can be as a whole when we work together instead of bickering with eachother in department, ect.

C) Another reason is with my leadership skills from deputy of many different orgs, many different times including my SAHP term which was amazing, i believe i can show everyone in my org the correct way of doing things. I pass on my leadership skills, communication skills and decision making skills onto all of the lower ranking members of the org, and even some higher-ranking members who lack some of the skills.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) A key improvement I would introduce is increasing the amount of in-person, practical training given by HRT. while training videos can be useful, I believe that hands on sessions are far more effective for developing roleplay skills. Interactive training gives people the chance to ask questions, receive immediate feedback and build confidence in their communication skills. Just like i did in my term last time i will try to completely remove the training videos in HRT.

B) I will again bring some fun and exciting activities for everyone, like joint department events and friendly competitions to keep activity high across the org, i will also bring in trusted and active high-commands whos activity will stay consistent throughout the term. Like in many other terms of orgs i see that activity drops after some time, i want to make sure that activity never drops as it will just make people not want to go on duty ect. constant activity from especially HC can really increase RP level.
