2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would like to become the leader of EMS because I have spent many terms in EMS I have worked my way up from Fresher all the way to deputy chief for 2 and a half terms. I have seen EMS doing really well and really bad. I know most of this comes down to when and how many high commands are active. Over my time in EMS I have seen many people doing nothing just because there is no HC to tell them what to do or what to cover. EMS can work very well if it has the right team and the right leadership. Also in EMS I have seen many issues with lobby's being empty etc we will hope to cover all lobby's so that we can provide the best service to the citizen's in Los Santos.
- In many terms I have seen many people get ranks or favouritism which discourages the genuine people who actually work hard. I would like to change that by bringing a fair promotions and fair bonuses to keep everyone happy. if I see anyone rank chasing or asking for a promotion they will get a strike as its in the contract that you cannot ask for promotions. I have seen a lot of People Who really care about EMS and they want the best for the org and sometimes the Curators or even the Chief or HC will do something that upsets them and a lot of the time they wont listen to the opinion of these people who do genuinely care for best for EMS.
- I have served in many orgs over my 396 days in grand and I think its time for me to try leading a org and see if I can do it successfully. hopefully I will have a team that will work together hard and support me through my first term. I know a lot of people miss nina luca term because how good it was and I would hope that some would come back and have a good month again. The one thing about EMS is its not about running a org its about respect and being listened to working as a team etc. people want to feel valued and a lot of high command or leaders are selfish and they make no time for those who need help . i will make sure that i am helping others even when im not here. even when I'm shopping ooc I will be on discord helping others.
- A lot of people know Miss Luca from EMS and Miss Luca has wanted to lead the EMS for a while now. She thinks that she could successfully do a term in EMS and possibly make some good memory's. Like I said above I have spent all my time in EMS and god knows what the future holds I just know I want a chance at being a leader before it is too late. I have the capability to manage a team and make sure that everything is working as it should and I will do my best to do so. I and alot of my friends have some good memory's in EMS and I think EMS is the best org for making friends in city as everyone is friendly. In the last 2 and half terms we did with nina and candy we did amazing. we introduced DOC checkups where we could go give medical help to inmates etc. which makes it fun for us and fun for the inmates who are stuck in DOC.
- I think a lot of people underestimate EMS I have seen in many terms where Leos don't drop 911 calls etc and we miss certain events. I would contact all orgs and make sure that this is running smoothly and make sure they are making the 911 calls otherwise we will be missing important calls. I have a Lot of Ideas for EMS but some things we cant change somethings we can. If we get term I will contact curators with my questions and see what we can do as there are a lot of ways we could improve the EMS. Like I said before I think that we should bring back the old hospital as PH is very small the operation rooms are small so if there are more than 3 people its crowded and also having the hospital in the old location would not only put us in the centre of the map but it would also be handy for gov when they die or even when someone needs health insurance as well as it would improve the level of roleplay as we could possibly do more operations or even have offices etc. But I know that's not going to happen but there are many advantages and many things that could change for the better It would give us more space to work and also would be more realistic as I don't see a hospital this small even the lobby is small. Also with SH lobby for the longest time there is a Bug where people working in SH cant see certain people coming into the hospital because of black magic you cant see them when they come in as they go to a different dimension This could be fixed by making it a small MLO and having a big one in the city and small one in SH also when you use elevator to go to roof of SH you go to roof of PH which isnt good when your trying to meet up on the roof of SH.
- A lot of things need to be done to make EMS better I understand EMS isnt the biggest issue right now but I mean I know EMS doesn't need much maybe a hour changing some files which could easily be done and it would be done and not a issue anymore I don't know how you would fix SH as you teleport inside.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I would firstly start by saying that During Nina term we did a lot of new things and introduced new things to do during the 1st term we had a chat and decided with DOC that we would start doing doc inmate check ups more regularly. during second term candy had a great idea and said why don't we do some tests or something while we are there . so we started doing Prostate exams also in the DOC to make sure that the prisoners were all healthy. this brought some fun for the inmates and for DOC staff and EMS and also a lot of laughs. Its things like this that make me proud to be EMS having a good time and making new ways for people to engage with EMS and USSS as a lot of inmates spend they're time in isolation or a cell without talking to anyone. even sometimes we had people coming back to DOC on pulpous just for a prostate exam. Its all about being creative and finding new ways of keeping it entertaining.
- In many other terms I have seen issues between different orgs I would make sure that we keep professional with other organisations and make sure only to have good relations with other orgs as I have seen the impact of having issues with other orgs. I would also like to improve the level of Roleplay by possibly speaking with LSPD or FIB and see if we can get someone to maybe watch the lobby mainly PH2 as a lot of harassment to EMS happens here. and once again we want all our employees to feel comfortable and feel listened to and treated well and people harassing in PH2 doesn't make people feel to good so I would try my best to put a stop to this and make sure that the hospital is being watched or even the police will come immediately if needed. Also I would like to say that everyone in EMS should be able to have a say on how things are going and how we can improve etc. I think if our lower ranked employees were listened to more that we would be able to keep them entertained but sometimes training is too long or even they cant use a org car etc. During Nina 2nd term the Curators or seniors give us some new cars A lot of employees were very grateful and was exited to have something new which bring us to doing more events and more activity's because we was using the new cars like I remember I was told I should wait a few hours between each open rec as I was doing it too often. everyone was exited about the cars they was doing on calls all day in the cars it was going really good you know. If people work hard they should be rewarded I'm not sure why we had cars removed but I mean having them was enough.
- I think everyone should be treated fairly no matter what their rank is within EMS whether they are fresher or chief of staff. everyone deserves respect and help when they need it! I have helped many people within the org learn how to do many things differently and how to make it so its more roleplay etc. People who I trained how to go on duty are now nearly the same rank I was when I left. I have met so many people from working in EMS some good some Bad but Before I joined the EMS I had no friends I was new and if it wasn't for me joining and speaking to people or bringing more roleplay messing around that I made friends because people like something new and EMS is a lot of the same.
- Also as I said above I would look for new ways to not only keep EMS staff happy and enjoying they're job but I would also look for ways to keep EMS interacting with the citizen's of Los Santos. If we make fun events for EMS then the citizen will come and maybe even come in future again as they enjoyed the event. I am hoping that during my term i will bring some new things in and hopefully it will all work out and go well and everyone will be happy. I think I'm ready to try make EMS better again !
