I want to see full event pov because I'm sure he is using something. Also, I think he is the same player who was banned last time for under investigation https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/1362206/#post-4727322 and he didn't do a PC check. He always comes back using a new account. I don't know how, but I'm sure he is the same player.​

I believe this POV should be rejected because the player removed the game sound from the recording. In my opinion, this may have been done to hide information. I also suspect that this player is ban evading.

As I mentioned in my forum report, I believe this is the same player as before. In my opinion, he further confirmed my suspicions by removing the game sound and voice from his POV.
