Hello,
I was banned from the EN2 server for GR 1.4.
When I checked the rules, it states that the main ID should receive a 60-day ban. However, I cannot find any account that has a 60-day ban. All of the IDs I can see appear to be permanently banned.
Could you please tell me which account you consider to be my main ID on EN2?
I have also submitted several forum appeals, but they were rejected because I was told that twink accounts cannot be unbanned. The first account I created was ID 185967, and I believe this is my main account.
Could you please verify which account is registered as my main account and explain why all visible bans appear to be permanent instead of a 60-day ban?
