I was getting an error when trying to log into the game, so I asked for help via DC from a family administrator, and they helped me. I logged into the game for the first time via AnyDesk I’ve never played it before in my life. After they helped me, I closed AnyDesk and logged into the game. I think the IP addresses got mixed up because they were helping me via AnyDesk, which is why you mistook me for that person. I believe this was a mistake, and I’d like your help If you’d like, I can set up a voice call with the person who helped me, and I can prove that we’re not the same person any way you like
