As you can see that the player has put on a CL on my although I had software issues as I play on Enhanced version of GTA, and I had clear power cut and in about 9 mins I was on the same place I never took spawn on any another location and as you can see I went out of the DOC with Harry Silvaa.
Please check this POV. On the IC 9:29 time I was on the same location.
