I was doing nothing inside of DOC and i randomly got shot by this person. When i went to go look for them they had driven off in a yellow Bugatti. I saw their ID at the 30 second mark in the clip which was 490935. I couldn't catch them to ask what they were doing. Then i entered DOC once again and they came back and shot me again in the same yellow Bugatti and had driven off by the time i saw them.
