i was on duty in training in ems a guy came want medkit my Colleague was covering the lobby so i told the guy to go to him then he kept asking me and then he went to my colleague and when hes leaving he said that to me.

I do not see harassment within the POV provided. It appears that Player:422515 became frustrated after not being sold medkits and used vulgar language at the end. However, that alone is not sufficient to constitute harassment.
