1 i want to improve the quality and professionalism of the national guard as a leader i would focus on creating a disciplined and active environment where members follow procedures correctly and represent the organization in the best possible way a strong and organized national guard makes roleplay more enjoyable for everyone
2 i have previous experience working with teams and managing people i enjoy helping members improve their skills guiding them through training and motivating them to stay active as a leader i would work to build a united team where everyone feels valued and contributes to the success of the organization

my advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization is to conduct regular training sessions and realistic military operations this helps members understand their roles better and improves discipline teamwork and communication i would also encourage members to stay in character during interactions and create more roleplay scenarios with other organizations to make the experience more realistic enjoyable and active for everyone
