2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
When I was came to this city, NG was my first org so thats why I have a deep connection with this org. I spent lots of time everyday in NG. So that I can join in trainings,missions,robberys,raids etc. Like that i got the HC rank and I experienced every activity related to National Guard. So, now I think I am capable to take The leadership and I can run my term successfully with no rule brakes.
1. I have a deep bond,loyality and dedication to this organization. Thats why I want to become the Leader of NG.
2. During my time I experianced lots of things about NG and I know how to manage personnels and it will help in my leadership
3. I want to become the leader of NG because I believe I can make a positive impact to the org. And by that I can make a Proper RP level.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
In this period I observe very much favoritism. And many High Commands with lack of experiance. So, my advice is if you dont do favoritism and hiring experianced people as HC we can improve Roleplay level in the organization.
4. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I came here from EN2 with my friends and I liked it and I will stay here. I was the Ex Minister of state (27), Ex Deputy Chief of Police (29), Ex Chief of Staff in SAHP (27), Assistant Director in FIB (28), Assistant General (28)
in EN3 I was Major General (28) in the last term.

It will stay direct under General and Lt. General and it will see enternal problems of NG
Human Resource (HR)
This department will hire,fire people and masure the experience of players.
Air Force (AF)
I think it will be the coolest department in NG they will do routine patrol over our teretory and helping with Air GP
Special Froce (SF)
They will give priority to all the events and state works
Public Relation (PR)
And this guys will maintain the relation between public and NG
