I can have twink account and I already had that account from Mar 25, 2023. There is no rulebreak about ban evading. I didnt open that forum account because of my forum ban. I already had that from past. And you can have 2 forum accounts in forums.

For ban evading you need to open forum account new to evade ban. I got that twink account in my telephone and using main forum account in PC
