I was processing my 10-15 for stealing a car in GZ and while I was giving him fines some random guy (545415) came and shot my 10-15 (124134) and left, im 200% sure that its one of his friend and he was doing MG to know his location as he was speaking to someone in other language while I was in in the gov VC with his lawyer and I looked up this guy (124134) in forum and saw him breaks the server rules daily and ruining everyone's Role Play, people who breaks rules like literally daily should be banned from server entirely with no excuse as they take the usual demorgan time or 7 days ban so easily as most of them have twinks.

So please my dear admins discuss this to the Senior Administrators so players will actually get scared to break the server rules and follow them and follow proper RP and move on with their day. As your current punishment are very "petty" as its spoken among other players.
