Rejected Killed on EMS duty

What happened? I took a call for EMS and arrived on scene, the guy who initially shot me meant no harm as he didnt see me as I was coming up the ladder, but the 2nd person shot me whilst having a full complete view that i was an EMS worker with my car at the bottom of the ladder
Reason for complaint: EMS killed on duty
