2.1.The Bloods were already in a good place in previouse terms but i stepped up to make us even better.I took the lead to push this gang to its absolute peak.Openning more opportunities for our members and ensuring we completely dominate the city.
2.2.I saw people putting in work without getting the recognition they deserved.I took the lead to buil a fair raning system where loyalty and grind actually paid off giving every member a real chance to move up.

3.1. I will put a proper recruiments system in place so we aremt just inviting randoms.We only want people who actually know that what they are doing and follow server rules.
