I was just trying to do my work and listen to music when that guy tried to criticize me for the second time. Then, when I started recording and he came back and repeated it, I forgot to count to 5 seconds in a moment of anger. Please forgive me. The 3-hour penalty I received, and the fact that it was due to a form he created, was just the result of a small mistake and a moment of anger.
