Event details:
A radical terrorist network has infiltrated the massive, unfinished Mile High Club skyscraper in downtown Los Santos. Seizing control of the entire construction site, the group has moved a highly volatile, tactical explosive device to the absolute highest skeleton floor of the building. They have fortified the structural columns, open-air high beams, and construction cranes, turning the high-rise into an absolute fortress.Recognizing the catastrophic threat to the downtown financial district, the Government has authorized an immediate emergency tactical response. A joint state task force consisting of the LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and National Guard has completely locked down the surrounding blocks. There will be no demands, negotiations, or deals made the LEOs must launch a brutal, floor-by-floor vertical breach up the unfinished scaffolding and openair stairs. The goal of the LEOs is to fight through the intense vertical crossfire, neutralize every single terrorist, and secure the top deck. The Terrorists must hold their high-ground advantage, exploit the narrow choke points, and wipe out the advancing state forces to ensure the operation fails.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Terrorists (The Insurgents): Fortify the top construction levels, high beams, and crane platforms to eliminate all invading LEO forces climbing the skyscraper.LEOs (Joint Task Force): Breach the ground level construction gates, climb up the vertical structural floors, clear out the choke points, and neutralize all terrorists to secure the site.

Vehicles and Weapons Needed:
Terrorist Side:- Fixed spawns on the upper construction levels (No vehicles)

- Body Armor (Mandatory)
Admin Requirements:
- Teleport and spawn Terrorists directly onto the designated upper/top floors of the Mile High Club construction site.
- Teleport and spawn LEO forces at the ground-level construction entrance/perimeter.
- Place a customized bomb prop or marker on the highest crane/helipad platform.
- Distribute designated weapons, ammunition, and heavy armor to all participants.
- Change LEOs into official tactical/combat gear outfits.
- Change Terrorists into rugged, tactical insurgent-themed civilian outfits.
- Monitor the construction ladders and elevators to ensure fair play and no early clipping before the countdown.
Rules of the event:
- Only event-spawned vehicles and weapons are allowed.
- No climbing or shooting before the official admin global countdown starts.
- There are no demands, negotiations, or deals allowed—this is a straight tactical shootout.
- No Drugs allowed during the event.
- No Juices, Cannabis, or Cocaine allowed.
- Utilizing helicopters or flying vehicles to bypass the vertical climb and drop directly onto the top roof is strictly forbidden.
- Follow all admin instructions at all times.
How is the event won?
- Terrorist Victory: If the Terrorists successfully wipe out all LEO forces and maintain absolute control of the skyscraper, Terrorists win.
- LEO Victory: If LEOs successfully wipe out all terrorist defenders and secure the bomb site on the top deck, LEOs win.
Prize for the winner:
