Subject: Ban Appeal: False Positive (Account Banned While Changing DNS Settings) Dear Support Team, I am writing to respectfully appeal a recent ban placed on my account for alleged use of cheats. I believe this ban is a false positive triggered by network troubleshooting on my end. Recently, I switched my connection from Wi-Fi to Ethernet but was experiencing an unusually high amount of input delay. To try and fix this, I was actively experimenting with different public DNS servers (specifically Google's 8.8.8.8, Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1, and Quad9's 9.9.9.9) while playing in the Arena. Shortly after making these network changes, I was suddenly disconnected and received a message stating I was blocked for using cheats. I have the utmost respect for the game, the staff, and the community. I do not use or support third-party cheating software, and I would never want to jeopardize my account or ruin the competitive integrity of the game. I kindly request that you manually review my account logs. I am confident that the logs will show my network configuration changing, rather than the injection of any malicious software. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. I hope to have this resolved soon so I can get back to enjoying the game with my friends. Sincerely, Dharmik Pandey Account Username: Ezmil Bismark
