The person I arrested may have tipped off his friend about helping him because the moment he saw us, he tried to stop us off by crashing his car into us, then got out of the car, opened fire, and sent the person I arrested to the hospital within seconds. he killed me and my USSS officer with me.

No demands given, our first interaction with him was at DOC highway. In which he killed 3 people, which should count as mass RDM. Also went to every single dead body and said bad as fuck. Please take necessary action, thank you.
