This is a report about the GH 1.3 punishment given to members of our FIB unit after a hostage situation at a gang headquarters.
Our unit went to help with a hostage situation. We followed the server rule referred to as the “Yashwant trigger, This rule says that law enforcement officers can enter a gang headquarters without asking for permission if there is a hostage situation or if they are making an arrest.
Our team entered the headquarters because of this rule.. Even though we did what the rule says our members still got GH 1.3 punishments.
We saw that in situations other law enforcement teams, like the LSPD entered gang headquarters under the same conditions and did not get punished like we did.
Something else happened before. Admin Ninja was at our headquarters. Told our team what to do during an active situation. This is on video from the body cameras.. Even though we followed those instructions our members still got warnings and punishments.
To us it seems like the rules are not being applied in the way to all teams and situations.
We are sending in this report to talk about what happened why we entered the headquarters and how the punishments were different for organizations. We want to make sure everyone follows the rules. The GH 1.3 punishment is what we are focusing on. The hostage situation, at the gang headquarters is what started this. Our FIB unit is the one that got the GH 1.3 punishment.
