As shown in my POV, I was attempting to flee from the suspect and was not posing any direct threat at any point during the situation. Due to my vehicle being equipped with an anti-radar system, the officer was unable to disable my engine through normal procedures. As a result, he repeatedly rammed my vehicle until it eventually became disabled from the accumulated damage.
Once my vehicle came to a stop, the officer immediately drew his firearm and opened fire without providing any verbal commands, warnings, or opportunity for compliance. I was killed instantly despite not presenting any threat. I was unarmed, not wearing armor, and made no attempt to attack or endanger the officer.
According to the server rules, lethal force should only be used when a suspect poses an immediate threat to the officer or others. In this situation, no such threat existed. The officer should have allowed me a reasonable amount of time to exit the vehicle and comply with instructions. If I had refused to cooperate, less-lethal options such as a taser should have been considered before resorting to deadly force.
Based on the evidence provided in the video, I believe the use of lethal force was unjustified and violated server rules. Therefore, I respectfully request that the staff team review this incident and issue the appropriate punishment if a violation is confirmed.
