The police agreed to the terms. However, after the agreement, they started placing spikes and hiding them in a way that was not clearly visible. Because of that, it looked like they used the spikes unfairly after already agreeing that there would be no spikes for the safe passage.
this affected the RP situation in an unfair way, because we trusted the agreement and acted based on it. and the spikes were invisible or hidden while still working, I believe this should be reviewed as possible bug abuse or unfair use of spikes.
