I checked this person posting and latest activities. I saw that he done a lot of off topics (he didnt mention and his ID didnt mention but he sent messages) + spamming forums (which people get the same punishment and he kept open forum.) + he provoked people by saying "Keep crying". I see that people got the punishment for saying that.
Please check all evidences and give the truth punishment.
