Hello dear administrators
I am writing to appeal a report that was made against my character
I was stealing a vehicle and the vehicle was located in a safe zone My friend intentionally hit the vehicle and moved it out of the safe zone into a normal area The vehicle was a rental vehicle that he had rented himself I was only sitting in the passenger seat and we did not have any other vehicle
The evidence provided in the report only shows the notification that appears when a vehicle is stolen and the location where I started stealing the vehicle It does not show any evidence of intentionally crashing the vehicle or abusing any game mechanics
However administrator Marcus Phogat punished me for GZ 1.2 I do not understand how I can receive this punishment when there is no evidence proving such an action Furthermore the description of GZ 1.2 states that it is forbidden to buy weapons drugs kidnap rob people or place bags on players heads This rule appears to be unrelated to the situation shown in the report
In addition I was already suspended from the server for 7 days before this incident and I still have 5 days remaining on that suspension Despite already being suspended I have received an additional punishment for an action that has not been proven and for which there is no evidence
I respectfully ask for this situation to be reviewed again and for the punishment to be reconsidered
