Hello, dear Administration,
After being inactive for a long time, I recently logged back into my account and discovered that it had been permanently banned for GR 1.6.
I believe this ban was issued by mistake, as I have never bought or sold any in-game property for real-life money. All of the money I earned in the game was obtained through legitimate means, including the Battle Pass, poker, and dice games. If necessary, I am willing to provide any evidence or proof to support this.
After losing all of my in game money in poker and dice, I stopped playing and left the server. As mentioned above, when I returned after a long break, I found that my account had been permanently banned.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and help resolve this matter. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
